Tuscany Drywall L.P. has been a major Drywall Contractor in the Calgary Construction Industry for the past 8 years.We are a leader in the Construction of Multi Family dwellings not only in the Calgary area, but as well played a significant role on the Eagle Ridge project in Fort McMurray for Centron Developments completing over 800 units.
Local projects in the recent past consisted of various styles of Multi Family such as The Canvas at Millrise (256 units), Sanderson Ridge (173 units), Lighthouse Landing (72 units), Masterpiece Evergreen (160 units), Evergreen Residential (209 units), Aspen Ridge - Red Deer (154 units), Blackstone Mountain Lodge - Canmore (123 units). Solea Condominiums (64 units).
The Multi family Scope of work we performed consists of Light Gauge Metal Framing, Fire-rated and unrated Drywall Application, Drywall taping sanding from Level 1 finish, up to Level 5. Ceiling finishes ranged from Painted drywall ceilings, Knock Down textured ceilings, Splatter Coat and Sno-tex textured ceilings.
Detail features include Soft line/Round corner bead, Chamfered Bead and of course standard square corners. Ceiling detailed work includes Drywall Ceiling borders, Stepped and Cove Mouldings and numerous varieties of Suspended Acoustical Ceilings.
All buildings are both thermally and acoustically insulated. Products consist of Fiberglass batt, Mineral fiber, Cellulose and Fiberglass blown insulation as well as Vapor barrier - CGSB poly all taped and caulked. In some cases we also provide ½ lb. and 2 lb. Polyurethane foam insulation.
Tuscany Drywall L.P. also undertakes Commercial projects ranging from Hotels, Shoppers Drug Mart, Commercial Strip Malls, Gas Stations and Tenant Improvements.
Recently completed projects consist of Four Points by Sheraton on Barlow Trail, Shoppers Drug Mart - Airdrie, Flying J Truck Stop, Cantex Business Center, Petro Canada Aldersyde and Chestermere, WCB Administrative Offices - Centron Park, Kudu Industries and Canmore Nordic Centre Team Building.
